Issue:
How do I reset my password or sign in with my support account?
Environment:
Lucidworks Support Portal, Zendesk
Resolution:
On the portal homepage, click on Sign In in the upper right-hand corner.
Then select Forgot my password.
Enter your email and hit submit and the system will send you a pw reset email.
