Good morning Lucidworks support community users!
This morning we have made a change to the support portal that has been requested by many of our users. When you go to My Activities to update your support portal requests, the Add to Conversation feature is now up at the very top of your screen so you don't have to scroll through the previous comments to make your reply.

Simply click in the Add to Conversation box to update your support request:
