How do I subscribe to email notifications for incidents affecting Lucidworks Platform and SaaS products?
Environment
Lucidworks Status Page: status.lucidworks.com
Guide
To add a new subscriber to the Lucidworks Status Page, follow the instructions below:
- Open the Lucidworks Status Page: status.lucidworks.com
Click SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES
Enter the email address you want to subscribe and click SUBSCRIBE VIA EMAIL
On the confirmation page, select the products you want to receive notifications for. Deselect any products that are not relevant to your subscription.
Note: If you are unsure which products apply to you, contact your Client Success representative.
Available products:
- Lucidworks Platform (recommended, as this covers availability of the platform itself)
- Lucidworks AI
- Agent Studio
- Analytics Studio
- Commerce Studio
- Connected Search
Once subscribed, you will receive email notifications when incidents are published and as updates are posted throughout the incident lifecycle.
