Issue:
How do I reset the password for my Support Portal user if it has been lost?
Environment:
Support Portal (support.lucidworks.com)
Resolution:
The following steps can be taken to reset the password for your Support Portal user:
- Open the Support Portal
- In the upper-right corner, select Sign in
- Select Forgot password?, enter in the user email address, and click Submit
- An email Set a new Lucidworks password will be received, containing a link to reset the password
Note: The password reset email is sent from support@lucidworkssupport.zendesk.com. Check your spam folder if it is not received within a couple minutes.
