How do I reset the password for my Support Portal user if it has been lost?
Environment
Support Portal (support.lucidworks.com)
Resolution
The following steps can be taken to reset the password for your Support Portal user:
- Open the Support Portal
- In the upper-right corner, select Sign in
- Select Forgot password?, enter in the user email address, and click Submit
- An email Set a new Lucidworks password will be received, containing a link to reset the password
Note: Once submitted, you will receive an email titled “Reset your Lucidworks password” from support@lucidworks.com (or support@lucidworkssupport.zendesk.com). If the email is not received within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
